Hmmmm. Maybe somebody needs to put requests in with ESPN before they change positions or offer players dual eligibility.

I dunno. But there sure is a lot of conflicting info coming out of ESPN. First they say they will have dual positions. Then when they don't offer it; they said they never said they would offer it for sure. Then said no players would change position, or add positions to a player during the season.

At least the scoring isn't all messed up (it was on Fantrax in both leagues, it seems to have sorted itself out though.

Looking forward to hearing what you think about Fantrax at the end of the year. The biggest plus in my mind would be having control over positional requirements. ESPN is quite out-of-date on a few players.

Yeah, its really great for that. Although some guys were in odd positions on Fantrax. What I did for my league is that I left all the position as is and anyone who wanted them changed to another position had to providde a link from either NHL.com, a team website, or hockeydb.com and I would change it if they wanted. Whatever player was given dual positions through fantrax kept the dual spots.

I really like Fantrax, but I'm still getting used to it. I'll keep you posted though!

It certainly gives players more flexibility. Perhaps ESPN has been getting a lot of complaints about this, and have decided to do something about it Smile

haha,

so mueller, franzen, o'sullivan, ryan all got dual elig.

i know that briere should be a rw, i also think frolik and mcdonald have been playing on the wing.

i was doing some research online, and some people were saying that espn goes by the position on the teams website (but some teams don't have it recorded, ryan was a lw on the ducks website though) and others said that espn planned on giving dual eligibilty to players after 5 games (but ryan has only played 3 games so that doesn't look to be true)

really no one knows whats going on wtih ESPN lol
