Thema: Question about Brodeur/Elliott/Poulin trade 18.12.13 16:50
Just wondering what the trade particulars are. I see that Chris seems to have pushed it through on ESPN, while the particulars haven't even been posted on the forum yet.
Issues:
1) How did Chris manage to push it through? 2) Considering the trade hasn't even been posted on the forum yet -- and in light of our recent vote -- this seems a strange thing to have happen.
I am not in the least upset, just wondering what is going on.

i think the appropriate punishment is to lock them in a basement with butch until the midseason draft.
as for how it happened, we all still have commish powers after the sept draft (so we could add our own players)--- however we even have the power to adjust scores in our weekly matchups right now

I like your idea of punishment, Brandon, although I might add one other twist. We lock Chris in the basement with Butch until they figure out a trade they are both willing to make with each other. I predict this will happen no later than January 10th ... 2017!

Not sure why Chris pushed it through. We are a no push league now.
I know how he did it though. Every GM in the league had LM rights at the beginning of the season to add players to their roster during the draft. I never took those rights away.
Well, I just did, but only so Matt can sleep better at night

As I said, I was not the least upset about it. I just know the grief I've endured for far lesser transgressions, so I wanted to make a post to acknowledge what had happened before this blew up into a controversy.
Now if only Louise would actually sleep for an entire three hours, then maybe I could actually sleep at night.
