Hello to all you fine GM's. After a little fantasy hockey breather, I am back and beginning to look at all the action around the NHL. It seems like there was a lot. Please let me know if there are any issues or concerns that we should address. Before too long we will need to talk about draft dates etc.
Hope everyone's summer is off and running in the right direction.

That's because Greg is a snake. Isn't that right Gregger?
BTW, Bod Dylan played all these cover songs in his show at Forest Hills Stadium last Friday. The band was very good but the setlist was a bit disappointing.
On the positive side, Marillion, playing in NYC on November 8th which I have tickets to) is playing a tremendous set this tour, which just started in Europe this past week. Looking forward to that one!

Anyone else prefer non snake more? I would think team that finishes last should pick 1st and 11th not 1st 20th. Obviously no changes could happen this year but I would be in favour of switching this next September perhaps a topic for offseason possible change.

Hey Brandon. Lots of possibilities there. I am happy to talk about them. It's always fun to discuss the best way to draft.
That last place team will get the 1st and the 20th as you mentioned, but they will also get the 21st. So their first three picks would be 1, 20, 21. Compare that to a first place team who will have 10, 11, and 30.

Yah no biggie either way. Another benefit of non snake is now u trade picks with a team near the bottom u don't need to figure out if the pick ur asking for will be at the beginning or the end of the round because it's snake. Like if I team finished last his 2nd and 3rd Rd picks are basically the same so u might as well try and get 3rd round pick cuz it sounds less valuable. Know what I'm saying lol

Since I am usually at the bottom I say no snake!!!!
The next step for me will be to keep my draft picks so it matters!!!!
