Discussion: Freedom to trade Free Agent Auction Loot

Greetings all.  Hope this finds everyone happy and healthy.

This item was brought forth by one of our fine GMs.  It would be easy to implement and looks fun.  I will set up a poll and we can see how everyone feels.

Locked up 3-3. Should be an interesting finish. Just to remind everyone, if the poll ties, we keep things as is.
