Blockbuster Trade opinion

So me and hockeypoolgeek are in another league togetherand we just pulled off a blockbuster trade. I'm 2nd to last (due to injuries). He's competing this year and is in 4th place. We are in a 12 team h2h pool, 23 man roster with a 6 player farm team (100 games or less) and we keep 17 players each year. Pretty complex scoring system so we'll just say that its like ours for the sake of argument.

Assuming Filatov comes back to the NHL and lives up to his hype, I think you win this deal. If he doesn't, I like the Kovalchuk side as he is a few years younger than Iggy.

I also think Fleischmann is underrated, and could be as high as a PPG player by next year (assuming he stays with the Caps, which he might not).

Having said that, Perron is an up-and-coming player who could have some decent PPG upside. He just hasn't proven it yet.

Kovy side for me. Fleischmann & Plekanek are interesting enough that combined with Kovy's youth, I'd stay status quo.

Kovalchuk - proven. KHL bound? $20M rumour...
Flash - interesting, upper window 70?
Plek - which guy is he? 40? 80?
Smyth - the end is very near

Horton -50? 60? 70? 80? 90?
Filatov which world does he live in? Very interesting kid. No Hitchcock.
Perron very young. Looks to be stacking up back-to-back 50s. Brutal start this year spoiled a 60 pointer
Penner 40? 50? 60? 70?

Thanks guys. To be honest it was safety measure incase Kovy bolts. Even if he doesn't I find I get a good return. Here is how I broke it down in my head:

Kovy: Great, but who knows what his future holds.
Flash: I see his ceiling at 70 TOPS, averging 60-65 on a regular basis.
Pleks: I have no idea on what type of player he can be, better safe than sorry
Smyth: wasn't a part of my future plans so I was throwing him away anyways

Iggy: Still have 4-5 years of fantasy relevance left, maybe not 95-90 point seasons but he's a definate PPG player
Horton: I think he has finally busted out and I expect him to continue taking the next steps needed.
Perron: coming into his own, might be 2 years or so away.
Filatov: I think he's coming back now that hitchcock is gone.
Penner: We'll see with him, lol
