Back when we were looking for a replacement for Butch, Scoop had suggested we give Red the team. As a group we discussed this and decided that as Father and Son they were too close to each other to feel comfortable with the dynamics, especially when it comes to trades. The members at that time seemed to prefer arm's-length relationships for all league members, and we voted against that option.
With Jay leaving our fine league, it's time to search for another member, and the next one on the list is Richard's girlfriend. We've explained to Richard that because they are living in the same household (and for all intents and purposes related), we would need to hold a vote to see if the league wants to allow this.
A "Yes" vote is for allowing his girlfriend to inherit Jay's old team. A "No" vote is for not allowing this.
