Poll: clarification on seeding tie breakers

Time for another poll. Please refer to the other thread if you are not up to speed on the discussion.

Well, I might as well come right out with it. I have voted for ESPN.

Why?

1. Simple.

2. I think that it is more fair. With option number 2, if two teams are tied and have an even H2H record we go with total points in the H2H matchups. But if we have more than two teams tied we go with total points accumulated during the entire season. This method is just not altogether logical. Why look at total points during H2H matchups when two teams are tied but look at total points accumulated in the entire season when three or more teams are tied. Also, we must not forget, that looking at total points in just two or three weeks of the season, might not be all that fair a way to determining the league champion. It is possible, that during those two or three matchups one team had a severe games disadvantage due to scheduling or injuries. Looking at total points over the course of a full season seems more sensible to me and Lynyrd.

I think one thing that we should fix tonight, no matter which way this poll goes, is to officially say that I am the cutest GM in the league.

I mean, it would be really important to me to be the cutest.

Should we make a poll or just all agree that I am the cutest?

Maybe "Cutest-in-a-butt-ugly-sort-of-way" would be a more accurate description.

And I seem to recall Gord as being a "Cutest-in-an-imposing-policeman-sort-of-way" when I met him in Toronto a few years ago.

And John could be tops in the "Cutest-in-a-solemn-and-thoughtful-and-pretty-handy-with-his-toolbox" sort of way.

Perhaps we should have another poll asking which kind of "cuteness factor" is most important for determining the overall cuteness level in our fantasy hockey league.
