The Weekly Wrap Up: Weeks 1+2

Comical that Gord and I tied at 113.2 points one after the other.
Shall we go for three in a row? Who is going to do it this week?

I highlighted in green who is in the money for our two prizes. I suspect those records will fall before seasons end.

I see from last season we also had two other categories, which I think we wanted to keep:

1) Dud of the week, where a -1 is awarded to the team with the player who has the lowest point total

2) Highest single game total, awarded to the team with the player who has the single highest game total.

The "Stud of the Week" was taken away in favour of highest forward being added to categories for highest defenseman and highest goalie.

Boy, we have a couple of really powerful duds up there. -4.8 and -4.6. Nasty.

How about J.Benn at 26.3. Impressive. He had the highest last season at just over 33 points if you can believe it.
