Payout:
First Prize Regular Season -- $200 = BRANDON Second Prize Regular Season -- $100 = SCOOP First Prize Playoffs -- $120 = BRANDON Second Prize Playoffs -- $60 = MATT Highest Weekly Point Total -- $50 = CHRIS Highest Nightly Point Total -- $50 = BRANDON
What a season from you Brandon. Impressive. Your total is a whopping $370. Wow.
Summary (please see the previous thread entitled Loot Loot Loot for the chart)
Ray = Owes $60 {-60} Matt = Owed $80, but won $60. Owes $20 {-20} Scoop = All paid up so wins $100 {+100} Greg = Owes $20 still {-20} Chris = Owes $60, but won $50. Owes $10 {-10} Scott = Owes $60 {-60} Gord = Owes $60 {-60} Brandon = Owes $60, but won $370. Take $120 out for this years and next years buy in. Wins $250. {+250} Jarrett = Owes $55 {-55}
So, I suppose one question would be to you Scoop. Do you want to keep $60 in the pot for next year? Otherwise, all of you fine people in the Red above, please e-transfer me the money (gregchapler@gmail.com) and I will forward it immediately to Brandon and Scoop. The last comment I would like to make is about the payoff. It still reflects the days when PayPal was taking chunks out for each and every transaction. That no longer applies so starting next year, let's add that extra $20 to the pot. I would suggest a new prize: Most Total Points accumulated in the season. It's not always our winner!
As always just give me a shout if anything is unclear or unsatisfactory.

Things have really been moving on the Loot Front. I just received $60 from Gord and have heard from Brandon that both Jarrett and Scott have paid him. All in all that was a peppy response from most of the group.
So we have Matt that owes still. He is on vacation in some wonderful part of the world. Chris owing $10 and then Brandon has $5 coming my way. Once I hear from Scoop, I will take care of that nonsense and we will all be set!
Thanks All.

Congratulations Brandon, that may just have been the finest season we've seen! Your team finished wonderfully!
Poolies - This continues to be a great pool. About the only kind of drama has been the scoreboard kind. It makes it a pretty wonderful place to hang out for a few minutes every day. As with all off seasons, I will miss not having to check up on things every day.
I'll be chasing Red to make some deals, and maybe do a few myself. You maybe don't know it, but often times my son is the trade dude for the Arthur Tigers.
Playoffs -If anyone is looking to go in a playoff pool, SCOOP'S PLAYOFF POOL 2018 is getting rolling. We probably have 15 confirmations ($300 in the pot) already. $20 CANADIAN per team entered + $1 for PayPal, if you use that. I think the record high year was about $500 in prizes. You pick 22 players/goaltending combinations of your choice - so if you pick Vegas you get all 5 of their goalies, and any new ones they invent! After each round you get to add three player/goaltendering combos to your team list. Official prize structure is announced after entry deadline. It's basically 60%, 30%, 10%. Deadline to enter is Friday before the games start (yes two days after playoffs begin). I think we call this one "11th Annual".
Nutbars - Just keep my money in the pot.
Take care folks! Thanks for hanging out!

Just got back from the boondocks. Do I pay Brandon the money directly? Or do I send it to you Mr. Chapler?

Welcome back Matt.
Brandon is all taken care of my friend. And Scoop has asked that all his loot remain in the pot for future buy ins. I will just add your total to your tab for next season.
