The Weekly Wrap Up Round One

With the exception of the Top Goalie (Lehtonen) and the Top Defensemen (Letang), it was, indeed, the Week of the Frogs.

An absolute massive outburst from the Suicidal Frogs. Chris dominated virtually every statistical category in Round One. 119 points in a single night will be tough to beat for the rest of us. Last season, Jay took the cash with 145 points and Matt rattled off 129 early on, but other than that, nobody was able to top 119 points.

With Tavares having two four point nights, one could easily assume that he would be our Stud of the Week. In fact, it was P.Kessel who amassed eight points and a plus seven with eleven SOG in just three games. Who would have expected that kind of outburst from him?

Good luck to most all of you in Round Two. Let's see if we can prevent The Frogs from near domination this week shall we?

great first week guys! hats off to chris, nice start to your nutbar career. just a question, with the first week being longer than an actual week do we need to modify the stats for the weekly total points award? i forget what we did last year for the longer weeks ie. 1st, last, allstar....

Yes, that's right Brandon. I believe that last year we simply deducted the first four nights (the partial week) from the total, which would make Chris's first week total 275.
