Cup Final!

Well, my wife and I just got back from Croatia, where we have been without email access for almost three weeks. And before that Germany and the United Kingdom. Nice to be home, although it's always a bit of a culture shock going from Europe back to the US.

How about those Kings, eh? Who would have thought they would have a record of 14-2 throughout the playoffs. Much as I hated to see them beat Vancouver, it's nice to see Kopitar and Quick really shine. Would love for them to steal a cup.

Your trip sounds like blast! These boards have been quiet lately as everyone has been caught up in the playoffs. My kids are almost done with school for the year and we are anxiously awaiting our vacation. We are taking a 7-day cruise from Manhattan to Florida to the Bahamas and then back as soon as school is over.

Yeah, the Kings have certainly had the puck luck so far this season. They deserve where they are too, but the pucks seem to be bouncing their way for sure.

Sorry to see your Rangers eliminated Ray. I would have thought you would want vengeance on the culprit.

Have fun on the cruise. Will be nice to spend some family time for sure.

I don't really cheer for any team, but the Rangers clearly deserved the Cup this year, in my mind. Great regular season. Great goaltending. Great defence. Great coaching. Solid offensive stars. Gaborik really let them down in their final series, but some surgery may fix that up.

Now the Kings, they certainly have some guys that it's exciting to see get their names on the Cup. Brown & Stoll are clearly my two favourites. You've got to love honest competitors.

Yeah, great to see Kopitar, Quick and Doughty hoist the cup as well. Being on the West Coast, these guys don't get the attention they deserve. Very underrated!
