Ok I think this poll should at least take care of the Mid Season Draft and FAAB part of it.

I would think Ray's idea would fall more under the trade deadline part then the MidSeason Draft/FAAB part.
Ray you did say you prefer Midseason Draft then FAAB right? just you had the other option of the 1 day deadline trades.
Maybe after we figure out how many weeks the Deadline will be before the playoffs start we can just make another simple Yes/No poll for Ray's idea.
Thoughts?

my choice is for only a mid season draft only but i know that its not going to win majority so i voted for a mid season draft followed by FAAB.

Very happy to have the ball rolling. Thanks for setting it up .......
So, I have done a little thinking and my preference is to have the FAAB all season with no mid-season draft. I am OK with pushing the trade deadline up. I voted for three weeks, but I can live with more or less whatever the majority find best. Also, I love Ray's idea of opening things up for one day on the NHL trade deadline. That is very clever and it should translate into some major action in our fine league. It also solves my dislike of having the deadline pushed back.

Well by the looks of it, we have 6 votes for Midseason draft followed by FAAB. There is 3 ppl left still to vote but it wont make a difference.
So Midseason draft then FAAB it is!!!
Next up would be the amount of money you get for the FAAB part of it.
Id say $25 and keep the minimim bet at $2

After our Deadline poll is complete next up there would be a vote on Rays

Can move the mid-season draft ahead a bit if we like. Not too much, but a few weeks.
$$$ - However we set it up, different guys will use the option differently. Some will bid minimum while others will spend the entire amount to be certain they secure their changes.
