OK fellers.  With a 6-4 result in favour of trading our free agent dollars we can put this issue to rest for the season.

Should be an interesting experiment I think.

One thing to clarify is that it is only the dollars in the current season that we can move.  No future monies may be included in a trade at this point.

Anyone have any questions or concerns at this stage?

I think we shouldn't go above our max of $50 as well, not sure if it's even possible? And I think everyone has commisioner ability so after the trade one manager can change it and confirm on the trade thread. Just so there is no errors of both managers making the change.??

I just tried to move money above our budget of $50 and it did let me. So I guess we can go above budget max if we want.

I think we should place a higher limit of $50 and not be allowed to go above it. At least for this season and see how that goes and perhaps review before next season.

Thanks for looking into that John.  I would favour just letting loose and allowing GMs to gather as much loot as they wanted.  That's the Libertarian in me.   I respect your point though Ray.  What if we found some middle ground?  Say ....... $75 max for this season.
