I wanted to clear up another potential loose end before our September Draft and it has to do with Drafting Limitations.
Last year, in either our September or January draft I forget which, John wanted to draft Nabakov. We had a little discussion about that and in the end we did not allow it because the Manifesto stated the following:
Drafting Limitations: Players are eligible to be drafted in our league only if they are drafted or signed by an NHL team.
At any rate, I believe Scoop made the suggestion afterwards that we should allow not only players that are drafted or signed by an NHL team but also those who have previously played in the NHL.
Is everyone comfortable with this?
I will go ahead and make the change in the Manifesto and should anyone object we can talk it through.
