January Draft

I can commit, no problem.

Well, I am all for having it ready for the first week in January.

The earlier I can rid myself of Harrold........the better. Kick off 2009 in the right fashion.

I'm away for the holidays, so the earliest I could start would be Wednesday, Dec 31st. If everyone else is able to start on the morning of the 31st, perhaps we can get the draft done by Saturday, with players available on Sunday.

Please let us know if you are available to start on the 31st.

I do understand this is the holidays, so if somebody can't do this comfortably we'll have to wait until the following week.

At the moment December 31 looks fine. I think I'm working that day, so I'll be at the computer. Things like hockey, Christmas, various kid elements.... could rear their heads yet though. We live hour-to-hour around this house. Day-to-day is a very challenging concept. Week-to-week nearly impossible and Month-to-month pushes on out of the question!

Thus... very probably, likely, strong possibility! 90%!

I think after each round of draft is completed, those players could be eligible to be entered onto the rosters. Providing we agreed as a group. Everyone would be having the same opportunity to advantage themselves that way. Thus, if we got to a Sunday and had only completed one or two or three rounds of draft, everyone would have those new options. It's important that we at least agree that we must complete a round of draft. Otherwise, someone would be at a disadvantage. There is a very good possibility that many of these players selected will not be placed immediately on ones playing roster.

I think the 31st should work, though obviously from late afternoon onwards that day is a write off for me and likely others.

I'd prefer that we wait until the completion of the January draft to add players to the rosters that way it will give everyone incentive to complete the draft. It's only 5 rounds max.
